Comments

This 5 year old girl developed widespread symmetric blistering with a predominance on the buttocks, lower abdomen, and proximal extremities. Cultures for bacteria and virus were negative, and a skin biopsy showed findings typical of linear IgA dermatosis.

multiple symmetric vesicles, bullae and crusts on a red base and some with a "sting of pearls" annular configuration
