Description

large warty fungating tumor right of 1.5yrs duration. It was small to start with, then gradually increased to attain this size. He is a smoker and beetle nut chewer since his young age. Examination revealed a foul smelling, verrucous growth involving the right buccal mucosa, right gingivobuccal sulcus, lower lip and floor of the mouth. Tongue is free and there is no difficulty in swallowing. There is no h/o weight loss. There is no regional lymphadenopathy. Biopsy revealed well differentiated squmaous cell carcinoma.
