Comments

This 6-year-old girl complained of a painful itchy skin rash for 2 months. Her siblings developed a similar eruption. The primary lesions were typical of scabies with burrows in the web spaces. Secondary infection probably with Staphylococcus aureus resulted in secondary infection and the crusts and pustules. She was a resident of an internally displaced persons camp in Darfur.
