This 6-month-old-infant had a generalized eruption comprised of multiple brown discrete and confluent macules and papules since birth. Some of the papules urticated and developed into blisters and subsequent crusted erosions. There was history of irritability and refusal to feed but no diarrhea. There was no family history of similar eruptions.
