The presence of leukocytoclastic vasculitis with marked extravascular necrotizing granuloma formation is consistent with Churg-Strauss syndrome.

Description

Ill defined areas of palisading granulomatous dermatitis with central degeneration of collagen is seen in the dermis associated with prominent leukocytoclasis and rare eosinophils. There is an overlying crust.
