A 26 year old woman presented for evaluation and treatment of widespread warts in the mouth involving the lips, tongue, gingivae, and buccal mucosae. Lesions recurred after each of 2 carbon dioxide laser sessions. Human papillomavirus types 6, 11 were detected in scale from the warts.
