Comments

This adolescent boy developed a generalized eruption of annular plaques studded with pustules particularly along the borders while taking oral clincamycin. Pustules were also noted on the buccal mucosa, posterior hard palate, and subungually. Lesions resolved over several weeks with widespread desquamation after the medication was discontinued.
