Comments

This 3-year-old boy had a history of thickened hyperpigmented plaques with scale on his elbows, knees, and the top of his feet since shortly after birth. He also had intermittent blistering of his feet. His 5-month-old brother and father had a similar eruption. His father reported flexural involvement and blisters at birth. A skin biopsy showed epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.
