This 12-year-old girl developed a nasal deformity when she was 1 year old following admission to a hospital for evaluation of an abdominal disorder. During the admission a nasogastric feeding tube was inserted, and an ulceration and defect followed.

Description

Photograph of a 12 year old girl came with complain of deformity of nose,as per patients parent due to some abdominal problem,patient was admitted to some hospital at the age of about one year and there ryles tube was inserted and since then after removal of ryles tube,there daughter have this nasal deformity.
