Comments

This healthy 2-year-old boy developed multiuple golden brown papules and plaques on his trunk and extremities. A dramatic Darier sign was readily elicited by rubbing. Lesions first began to appear at 3 months of age and peaked by 18 months of age. Although the eruption remained stable until age 6, many lesions cleared over the subsequent year. He continued to grow and develop normally.
