This 45-year-old man had a 15 year history of chronic dermatitis treated symptomatically. On recent evaluation he had polymorphic lesions with eczematous dermatitis, ulcers, crusts, and tumors. A chest s-ray demonstrated hilar adenopathy, a complete blood count showed eosinophilia, and skin biopsies showed changes consistent with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
