This 2-year-old girl had a one week history of bymps on her scalp. She had a history of atopic dermatitis and a recent outbreak of impetigo on her arms and legs. She was noted to have some hair loss along the parts and several tender posterior cervical lymph nodes. Her mother kept her hair tightly gathered in the back with tight sharply demarcated parts. Thyis case was prepared by Senior Medical Student at the University of Mississippi Taylor McPherson.
