Comments

An 18-month-old boy demonstrated a bow leged deformity of the left knee. He had no pain of tenderness. Radiographs showed a well defined lucent defect in the medial cortex of the proximal tibia and sclerosis along the lower cortical border. The findings of the imaging studies were interpreted as a benign focal fibrocartilaginous lesion.
