A 33-year-old woman developed a slowly growing violaceous nodule on her left temporal region. The ulcerated lesion grew to 44 mm in diameter before it was excised, and pathology revealed a pilomatrixoma.

Description

A 33 year old woman had a slowly enlarging nodule on the left temporal region. The tumor implantation reached 44 mm and the surface was ulcerated. Excisional biopsy revealed a pilomatrixoma.
