This 37-year-old intravenous drug abuser wsa evaluated in the emergency room for bilateral arm pain which had progressed over a year. Unfortunately he left without treatment against medical advice.

Description

left arm with massive edema, inflammation, necrosis and purulent drainage 37-year-old IV drug abuser presented to the ED with the complaint of worsening bilateral arm pain for approximately one year. Unfortunately, the patient left against medical advice prior to receiving treatment.
