This healthy 10-month-old boy with atopic dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis developed weepy macerated red patches in the intertriginous creases. He also had pruritic excoriated patches on the cheeks, arms, and legs. A culture from the axilla grew Group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus which cleared in 3 days on oral amoxicillin.
