An 87-year-old man developed a pigmented ulcerated nodule on the right side of the scalp and a right submandibular lymph node. Fine needle aspiration of the submandibular node demonstrated metastatic melanoma.

Description

87-y-o male with pigmented ulcerated nodular lesion of right frontal skin and right submandibular lymphadenopathy of three month duration.Fine needle aspiration biopsy was performed on the submandibular node with a cytologic diagnosis od metastatic pigmented melanoma.
