Comments

This 6-year-old boy developed widespread slightly itchy red plaques with thick overlying scale on his trunk, extremities, face, and scalp associated with nail pitting. There was a family history of psoriasis. He respoded well to topical and light therapy.

nail pitting, erythematous cuticles and scaling and disruption of some of the cuticles and scaly patches
