This patient developed progressive annular scaly red papules and plaques on the extremities. He was treated with daily betadine scrubs and application of vaseline cetomacrogolis in addition to 2 cc's intramuscular gammaglobulin every 2 weeks. Lesions improved within a month and were almost clear within 3 months.
