Comments

This healthy 2-month-old girl developed a focal hemangioma on her right buttock at a few days of age. Although the lesion was no longer growing, several ulcers developed last week but all were healing with aggressive local wound care including the application of barrier paste and antibiotic ointment with every diaper change. Ultrasound of the lumbosacral spine was normal.
