Comments

This healthy 38-year-old man was infected while working in a rain forest. On the first day he developed intense pruritus on the left palm near yhr thumb. After 4 days, there was a 2 - 3 cm long 2-3 mm wide itchy red linear plaque on his palm. The serpiginous plaque extended 2-3 mm to 2-3 cm daily forming a series of loops and tortuous tracks.
