This 8-year-old African (Sierra Leone) girl had photophobia and light skin since birth. She was the eldest of four siblings and there was no family history of pigmentary disorders. In addition to photophobia, she had bilateral nystagmus and was extreme photosensitivity. Note the dramatic red reflex and lentigines on her forehead and face.
