These changes are typical of an eccrine angiomatous hamartoma which is one of several variants of nevoid lesions involving the eccrine sweat glands.

Description

Tracts of fibrous stroma extend into the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The fibrotic stroma contains a proliferation of well formed eccrine glands admixed with vascular spaces.
