Comments

This heatlhy 24-year-old man developed an itchy vesicular eruption on the extensor surfaces of his arms and legs and buttocks, hips, and lower abdomen a year ago. Skin biopsy demonstrated a subepidermal inflammatory vesicles concentrated at the dermal papillae with neutrophils. Immunofluorescence showed granular IgA at the epidermal-dermal junction.
