These changes are compatible with a diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis.

Description

Collections of neutrophils and eosinophils are seen in the superficial dermis. Fibrin is also present giving a necrotic appearance. Blood vessels in the upper and mid dermis are surrounded by and infiltrate of lymphocutes with variable admixture of neutrophils and eosinphils.
