Shortly after birth a red papule appeared on the left labia in this 4 month old girl. Over the subsequent month the papule grew quickly and an expanding ulcer developed on the medial aspect of the tumor. The ulcer healed with local skin care and topical antibiotics only to recur 6 weeks later. The ulcer base was treated with pulsed dye laser (5 mm spot, 6.8 J/cm2, 15 pulses).
