Comments

At age 20, this 30-year-old woman developed numerous yellow asymptomatic papules with on her neck and upper chest. Five years later they spread to the axillae, inguinal regions, lower abdomen, antecubital and popliteal fossae. She denied having any family members with a similar condition. Her medical history included a myocardial infarction and hypertension 10 months ago. She denied other medical disease. She was taking one baby aspirin daily.
