Comments

This healthy 13-year-old girl complained of recurrent peeling and occasional cracking and fissuring on the balls of her feet and the bottoms of her toes. The tops of her feet and the web spaces were clear. She was a competitive swimmer which exacerbated the dermatosis. The eruption improved with aggressive application of lubricants and wearing socks at home in the air conditioned house.
