This 7-month-old boy had a lifelong history of itchy dry scaly patches and plaques on his arms, legs, and face. Some of the patches became thickened and hyperpigmented from chronic scratching. This case was prepared by University of Mississippi year 4 medical student D. Paxton Jones.
