A 70-year-old woman developed a pigmented bi-nodular lesion on her neck. Dermoscopy (x20 and x50) revealed large gray-blue ovoid nests which was favored of basal cell carcinoma. The lesion was excised and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of pigmented basal cell carcinoma.
