Hypopigmented macules with surrounding hyperpigmentation were noted on this infant at birth. Fine sbutle scale, crusts at the periphery were consistent with the suspected diagnosis of sucking blisters. There was no family history of easy brusing or blistering. The lesions healed uneventfully. The case was prepared by third year medical student at the Univsersity of Mississippi Jessie Lavender.
