A 65-year-old man was evaluated for with lymphedema of the right arm which had progressed over 6 years. He had a right axillary block dissection followinjg excision of a breast carcinoma 8 years ago. The post operative scar was noted in the right anterior chest wall. He also has syndactyly involving the middle and ring fingers of both hands.
