This 63 year old man had a 3 year old history of recurrent violaceous plaques and nodules that resolved without treatment in 2-3 months. Marker studies performed on the biopsy demonstrated a CD30 positive T-cell lymphoma. A complete evaluation including a physical examination, review of systems, and laboratory studies showed no evidence of systemic disease.
