Comments

This 62 year old man developed a solitary red plaque on his back 6 months earlier. A complete medical examination failed to reveal any other cutaneous or systemic involvement. A skin biopsy showed the characteristic changes of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Lymphocyte markers (increased CD3, CD4, and decreased CD 7) are also typical of T-cell lymphoma.

Description

CD4 positive cells were also increased in the dermal infiltrate.
