This 8-year-old girl developed a well defined, inflammed, maceratd, pruritic patch involving her perianal skin. The eruption spreaded to the perineum and upper inner thighs. A collar of overhanging scales and multiple satellite flaccid vesiculopustual lesions were also noted.
