A week after unprotected sexual intercourse this 26-year-old man developed some tiny pink papules on the glans penis which bled with minor trauma. The lesions increased in size and number and he sought medical consultation when it became difficult to retract the prepuce. The urethral opening was normal. Serology for syphilis and HIV tests were negative. He was treated with topical podophyllum resin 20 percent in tincture benzoin compound at 3 day intervals. The lesions cleared after 3 applications.
