This 20-year-old woman with polycystic ovarian syndrome and hyperinsulinism developed confluent and reticulated papillomatosis of Gougerot and Carteaud. The hypertrophic scar on her back appeared following a biopsy of the eruption.

Description

confluent, reticulated, hyperpigmented patches with fine scale. Patient has polycystic ovarian syndrome and hyperinsulinism. The keloid is from a biopsy of the CARP performed in her home country.
