Thick adherent scales developed on the scalp of a healthy 4-month-old infant. The lesions failed to resolve with non-medicated shampoos. The case was prepared by Year 3 medical student at the University of Mississippi Lyndsay Roberts.

Description

Thick adherent scales over the top of the head noted at a four month old check up. The lesions failed to resolved with non-medicated shampoos. CAse prepared by Lyndsay Roberts, M-3 at the Univ of Mississippi
