This 3-year-old boy developed cradle cap soon after birth. He subsequently developed widespread pruritic patches on his face, trunk and extremities as well as in the diaper area and skin creases. These findings support a diagnosis of both atopic and seborrheic dermatitis. She improved with topical lubricants, topical steroids, and oral antipruritics.
