Comments

This 78-year-old man with multivessel coronary artery vessel disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and chronic renal insufficiency, demonstrates a diagonal ear lobe crease or Frank sign which some investigators have suggested could be a simple predictor of patients with coronary artery disease. However, a recent study showed no association with coronary artery disease when age, blood pressure, and other relevant factors were taken into consideration.
