Comments

This 62-year-old woman with metastatic breast carcinoma developed urticaria following intravenous radiation therapy with bandronate and chemotherapy with trastuzumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin. Two days later she developed pustules and crusted papules which grew Staphylococcus aureus and resolved with oral antistaphylococcal antibiotics.
