This 18-year-old boy developed multiple pruritc target lesions with purple central bullae and red borders on his trunk, extremities, and genitals following ingestion of co-trimoxazole for a respiratory tract infection. He had a history of similar episodes twice in the past two years. The lesions healed rapidly with residual hyperpigmentation after discontinuation of the offending drug.
