This toddler had widespread congenital hyperpigmented patches which followed the lines of Blaschko. He also had complex congenital heart disease which required surgical repair and ocular, bony, and central nervous system anomalies. He was severely developmentally delayed.

symmetric, swirled, and linear hyperpigmentation on the chest and abdomen, thoracotomy scar
