This adolescent boy was evaluated for multiple irregularly shaped slightly atypical pigmented nevi varying in size from 3 mm to 1.0 cm. He had a history of frequent sunburns some of which were blistering. The family history was negative for atypical moles and melanoma. See Dscn 1109 for a close up inage of the largest nevi on the mid back.
