Comments

This 48-year-old obese woman with a recent admission to the hospital for management of chronic congestive heart failure had a 7 month history of left leg swelling with a pebbly skin eruption. Similar lesions appeared on the right leg 3 months ago. Calcafour white studies of submitted tissue samples were negative for fungal organisms. A puncch biopsy showed changes consistent with stasis dermatitis.
