A healthy 13 month old boy developed a widespread asymptomatic acrally distributed red papular eruption 2 weeks after an upper respiratory infection. Smaller papules were also scattered on the trunk and proximal extremities.

Symmetric widespread edematous red papules predominant on the extremities
