Comments

This healthy 4-year-old boy had a 2 day history of low grade fever, sore throat,and malaise. Physical examination revealed elongated vesicles on a red base on the palms, punched out ulcers on the soft palate and faint red macules on the soles. He recovered uneventfully in a week.
