A 70-year-old woman developed a tender soft tissue mass on her palm at the level of the second and third metacarpal heads. The tumor was excised and the supplying vessels were ligated. Pathology showed a venous malformation. A smaller nodule on the palm at the fourth and fifth metacarpal heads was also removed and revealed an epidermal inclusion cyst.
