This 7-year-old firl with acute myelogenous leukemia who just completed intense induction and her first course of consolidation chemotherapy developed an itchy eruption in a linear pattern on the lateral thigh. She did have a history of varicella.

uniform 2-3 3 mm vesicles, some with central purple crusts, on a red base and in a linear pattern
