A 28-year-old man developed acquired ichthyosis associated with minimal pruritus on his face, ears, forearms, hands, legs, and feet two months earlier. He also developed thickining and hyperlinearity of his palms and soles. He was a poultry worker by profession and had no family history of icthyosis. He improved with topical lactic acid lotion.
